A number of months ago a client named the office to ask us for a remedy to a difficulty he had. He knew his wife was getting an affair with another man but he couldn’t function out the best way to prove it. He told us all he knew about her affair. He knew it had been going on for some years. He thinks they met whilst she was working as an air stewardess. She worked in some exotic locations and our client believes he would go to a number of the places with her. Our client knew about this affair but he turned a blind eye simply because he was also getting an affair.
A couple of years ago they decided to be faithful to one another and quit the affairs. He believes he has stuck to the deal but she has not. He told us that he wanted us to follow her on a Wednesday night for four weeks as he believed that was the night they met.
We did this as he asked for four weeks. Every single Wednesday for those 4 weeks she went towards the very same hotel. She would be dressed up quite glamorously and she would wait within the bar for a man. The very same man turned up and they would have a drink after which go up to one of many bedrooms. She would come down before midnight and go straight home. We put all of the evidence in a report along with photographs and video footage.
Once our client had all the data he decided to take legal action and file for divorce on the grounds of adultery. They are now divorced and even though our client is sad he can now move on and find a partner who is going to be faithful to him.
